Over time, clumping may occur, this does not deter on the quality of the product.
The 1-kg and 2-kg Himalayan Edible/Fine salt may be of a finer grain (e.g. extra fine grain) as compared to the 125 g and 250 g sizes. The finer the grain, the lighter the colour of the salt.
